Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm. Weekend, after-hours and lunchtime calls (1-2pm) are taken by our answering service.

New patients are welcome to our practice. To make the most of your visit, we suggest you jot down any questions you may have for the doctor so you do not forget to ask them. You are also requested to bring with you all of your insurance cards, which we will need to copy, as well as some form of photo identification. If you are taking any medications or supplements--including over-the-counter substances, vitamins, and herbal supplements--you should bring a list or the actual containers.

Patients who are under 18 years of age should be accompanied by a parent who also has legal custody.

Dr. Hernandez participates with and accepts Medicare as well as a wide variety of commercial insurances. We do not, however, accept any HMO or Medicare HMO plans.
